The idea behind it
A whole book street, not just a shop
Twilight Bookstore is a whole little street rather than a single shop — a bookshop on one side, a tucked-away post office on the other, joined by a cobbled lane and crowded with signs, parcels and tiny printed books. Every corner is built to look like a place mid-story, paused just after closing time.
After dark
Golden light on the cobbles
By day it's handsome wooden decor. After dark, switch on the built-in lighting and golden light pours from the shop windows onto the cobbles — the bookshop glows, the post office lamp comes on, and your shelf gains a tiny street that looks like it's still open for one last customer.
The build

A hands-on build of 300+ precision-cut wooden pieces — an intermediate project of roughly 6 to 12 hours with a clear, illustrated manual and built-in warm lighting. Lay the cobbles, raise the storefronts, stock the shelves and sort the parcels at your own pace. Choose your version at checkout: add an optional built-in music box, an optional dust cover, or both.

Does it come with working lights? How does it work?
Yes — all HiNooki DIY kits include a free LED light kit. ✨
Due to international air shipping regulations, batteries cannot be included, so you will need to prepare them yourself. Most kits use 2–3 AAA batteries.
After inserting the batteries, simply switch on the battery box (some battery boxes include an ON/OFF switch) to bring your miniature scene to life with warm ambient lighting.
Is This Beginner-friendly?
Absolutely! Our kits are designed for crafters at all levels. Each comes with:

How Long Does It Take To Build?
Building times range from 3-20 magical hours depending on: • Kit complexity • Your preferred pace (many enjoy spreading over cozy weekends) • Optional detailing like custom painting Most crafters tell us the process is wonderfully relaxing - pour some tea, play soft music, and watch your tiny world come alive!
Do I need any extra tools?
You will only need your own silicone-based craft glue or PVA glue, along with scissors and tweezers.
All other essential tools and parts are included in the kit.
What Kind Of Glue Should I Use?
Some of our kits do not require liquid glue, as they include double-sided tapes or stickers inside the package.
When your kit does call for glue, we recommend using clear craft adhesives:
Silicone-based glue — dries quickly and provides a very strong hold, ideal for delicate miniature assembly.
White PVA glue — works best for bonding paper and wooden pieces, offering a clean and reliable finish.
These options ensure your miniature stays sturdy and neat throughout the build.
What If A Part Is Missing Or Damaged?
We carefully inspect every kit before shipping. However, if any part arrives missing or damaged, please submit a request through ourParts Replacement Service page.
We offer one free parts replacement within 90 days for every order.

Ich habe bereits mehrere Booknook und ähnliches. Alle diese waren zum stecken und bisschen zum kleben. Das das Haus aber komplett zum kleben ist war nirgends zu erkennen.
Ich war Wochen lang krank und konnte jetzt erst damit anfangen und beim ausbacken dann bemerkt das es alles wirklich alles zum kleben ist. Leider nicht machbar und schade

It arrived without glue. I had to purchase it. Also, everything has to be glued together. Unlike other kits that snap together or are but together with double-sided tape strips. I have enjoyed it! Much more challenging that other kits due to the gluing and the tiny size of all of the parts compared to other kits. Good price for what you get tho!
