The story behind it
A shop that stays open after dark
The narrow black storefront feels like a forgotten stop at the end of a lantern-lit lane. One side is a display window crowded with magical details and rare finds; the other is a doorway into the shopkeeper's private workspace. Finished as a freestanding miniature, it brings a complete fantasy scene to a shelf, desk or reading corner.
It comes to life
The door opens. The lights answer.
Touch the light control and the dark storefront fills with a warm glow, drawing attention through the display window and deep into the room beyond. Swing the side door open to reveal the full interior, from the front counter to the wizard-themed wall and the illuminated magic orb waiting inside.

The illuminated showcase is arranged like a real cabinet of curiosities, while the opposite wall layers framed butterflies, a wand display and tiny architectural details. Deeper inside, a magic bookshelf, luminous magic orb and rare treasure chest reward a closer look from every angle.

With 149 pieces and an estimated 3-5 hour build, this intermediate kit has enough detail to feel absorbing without becoming a week-long project. MDF and coated paper, stickers and the lighting components come together layer by layer with a step-by-step guide.

At 4.80 × 4.76 × 7.17 inches, the finished shop is compact enough for a bookshelf or bedside table, yet tall enough for its illuminated window and open doorway to read as a complete little world. Does it come with working lights? How does it work?
Yes — all HiNooki DIY kits include a free LED light kit. ✨
Due to international air shipping regulations, batteries cannot be included, so you will need to prepare them yourself. Most kits use 2–3 AAA batteries.
After inserting the batteries, simply switch on the battery box (some battery boxes include an ON/OFF switch) to bring your miniature scene to life with warm ambient lighting.
Is This Beginner-friendly?
Absolutely! Our kits are designed for crafters at all levels. Each comes with:

How Long Does It Take To Build?
Building times range from 3-20 magical hours depending on: • Kit complexity • Your preferred pace (many enjoy spreading over cozy weekends) • Optional detailing like custom painting Most crafters tell us the process is wonderfully relaxing - pour some tea, play soft music, and watch your tiny world come alive!
Do I need any extra tools?
You will only need your own silicone-based craft glue or PVA glue, along with scissors and tweezers.
All other essential tools and parts are included in the kit.
What Kind Of Glue Should I Use?
Some of our kits do not require liquid glue, as they include double-sided tapes or stickers inside the package.
When your kit does call for glue, we recommend using clear craft adhesives:
Silicone-based glue — dries quickly and provides a very strong hold, ideal for delicate miniature assembly.
White PVA glue — works best for bonding paper and wooden pieces, offering a clean and reliable finish.
These options ensure your miniature stays sturdy and neat throughout the build.

We carefully inspect every kit before shipping. However, if any part arrives missing or damaged, please submit a request through ourParts Replacement Service page.
