What's Inside The Box?
Kit contents vary by model. Check this product’s specifications and In the Box & Extras section for the included parts, lighting components, tools and accessories.
Liquid glue and batteries are not supplied. Please prepare them if your kit requires them. Some glue-free kits use supplied tape or stickers instead.
Will Items Ship Together?
Your order may arrive in multiple packages if:

Do I need any extra tools?
Included tools and extras vary by kit. Check this product’s In the Box & Extras section and instructions before preparing supplies. Liquid glue and batteries are not supplied; prepare them only if required for this kit.

What Kind Of Glue Should I Use?
Liquid glue is not supplied. Some kits use included tape or stickers and do not need liquid glue.
If glue is required, follow the kit instructions and choose an adhesive suitable for the materials being joined. PVA craft glue is commonly used for paper and wood. Follow the adhesive maker’s directions, including drying time, and keep glue away from electrical components.
What If A Part Is Missing Or Damaged?
For damaged, defective or missing pieces, contact us within 90 days of delivery for free replacement parts. Submit the product name, order number and part numbers or quantities through our Parts Replacement Service, or email contact@hinooki.com. A photo, where possible, helps us identify the right part.
