🌍 Free Worldwide Shipping
We’re happy to offer free shipping worldwide for all customers, including orders shipped to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, European Union countries, and all other international destinations.
As part of our ongoing commitment to smoother delivery and more sustainable shipping, we aim to dispatch your order from the warehouse or fulfillment center closest to you whenever possible.
Some of our products are stocked locally in warehouses located in the United States, Spain, Germany, France, and Australia.
- When the item you ordered is available in one of our local warehouses, we will prioritize shipping from the nearest available warehouse to reduce delivery time and unnecessary transportation distance. In this case, most orders are delivered within 2–7 business days.
- If local inventory is not available, your order will be shipped directly from our manufacturing center to ensure timely delivery. In this case, delivery typically takes 8–15 business days.
Overall, for most countries and regions, orders are delivered within 5–15 business days.
Please note:
- Due to customs procedures or local postal processes, delivery to some destinations may take longer than 15 business days.
- Delivery times may vary slightly depending on regional carrier capacity and local import or clearance procedures.
- For certain remote areas or less accessible destinations, delivery may take 15–30 business days.
All delivery times are estimates and provided for reference only. Thank you for supporting a more thoughtful and responsible way of shipping.
⏳ Order Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume. Our warehouse team is working hard to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible — thank you for your patience and understanding.
Estimated delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
📦 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
- Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after dispatch.
- You can also track your order at any time using your order number or email address on our Track Your Order page.
🏠 Address Accuracy & Order Changes
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing checkout to ensure smooth delivery.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to:
- The delivery address
- The shipping method
- Items included in the order
Providing a complete and accurate address (including apartment numbers and a contact phone number where applicable) helps avoid delivery delays or returns.
📭 Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order leaves our warehouse, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, we recommend first contacting your local post office or courier, as they have the most up-to-date delivery information.
If you purchased shipping insurance with your order, you may submit a compensation claim directly through the tracking page.
Our shipping insurance is provided by Seel, a legitimate and reliable U.S.-based insurance provider.

🔄 Returned to Sender
We kindly ask all customers to monitor their tracking information and delivery updates closely.
If a delivery issue occurs (such as an incomplete address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or failure to collect the parcel), our team may contact you before the package is returned.
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout.
For international orders, packages returned to sender cannot be re-delivered or refunded.
Due to customs and logistics restrictions, returned international parcels may be directed to a secure handling facility.
